Lifang Huang is a Taiwanese shamanic sound healer who creates healing sound baths using Tibetan singing bowls, Nepalese shamanic drums, her voice and other instruments, and who also specialises in Tibetan Pulsing. She trained from a young age in Taiwanese-style Shiatsu and Thai massage in Taiwan and Thailand, and over many years of practice has created her own therapy style, combining the techniques she gathered through her travels. She began working with the healing bowls after discovering them on a trip to Nepal, recognising in them the same energies she had already been working with in Tibetan Pulsing.
She lives between Paris and Chamonix and divides her year between Europe, India and South-East Asia, offering sound baths at conscious gatherings, retreats and studios along the way — from the Healing Temple of the International Tantra Festival in Goa to sound circles in Delhi and Bengaluru. In her sessions people lie down while she plays the bowls, drum and gong in a slow, intentional rhythm; the full recordings of many of these journeys live on her YouTube channel.
HAWA helps you discover and connect with independent practitioners. Sessions, bookings, payments and services are arranged directly with the practitioner. HAWA does not provide medical care and is not responsible for services delivered by individual practitioners.
