Shikha Prakash is a third-generation Ayurvedic physician and the Senior Ayurvedic Consultant and CEO of Padaav. Her practice brings a family tradition of Ayurveda into conversation with contemporary diagnostics and clinical research.
Her work focuses on people living with recurring migraines, pancreatitis and long-standing digestive concerns. At Padaav, treatment planning considers a person’s health history alongside food, daily habits and prescribed medicines.
Her approach starts with the everyday: when a person sleeps, how they eat, how their days are shaped. She explains these ideas plainly, in Hindi and in English, in the talks, conversations and articles Padaav publishes, which are a good place to begin before arranging a consultation.
She is also organising secretary of the International Pancreatitis Conclave India, a scientific meeting in Pantnagar in March 2027.
