Naya sits at Sayan, a fifteen-minute drive from the centre of Ubud, in tropical gardens surrounded by rice fields — near enough to reach the town in a moment, far enough that nothing from it follows you back. It was made as a home for gathering rather than a hotel: the language on its own site is about teachers, healers, musicians and dreamers, and about reconnecting people to their potential. There are five private retreat formats, and the shala can be rented on its own for events, workshops and ceremonies. The scale is small, which means a group generally has the run of the place.
