Healing

For the work that moves you forward.

3 people we trust

Coaching and therapy: someone trained to listen, and to help you through a hard chapter or towards a change. HAWA introduces you; it does not provide therapy itself.

HAWA does not provide medical care or emergency help. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.

What brings people here

in their words

  • “I am in the middle of a change.”

  • “I would like to be heard by someone trained.”

  • “I want to work on a pattern, not only the problem.”

( the first time )

How it begins

The first session
A first session is mostly a conversation: what brought you, what you hope for, and how the practitioner would work with you. You decide afterwards whether to continue.
Where, how long, how much
Most sessions are online and last 30 to 60 minutes. Each practitioner sets their own price and you pay them directly; HAWA takes no commission.
If it is not right
That is all right. Tell the practitioner, or write to us, and we will help you find someone else.

Questions about healing

Is this therapy?

Some of these practitioners are therapists and some are coaches; each profile says which, and lists their training. HAWA does not provide care itself: you contact and work with each person directly.

What if I am in crisis?

HAWA is not a crisis service. If you or someone near you is in danger, call your local emergency number, or find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.

Online or in person?

Most sessions are online, so you can begin from home, wherever you are. Many practitioners also meet in person or lead retreats; each profile says what they offer and where they are based.

How do I choose someone in Healing?

Start with the person whose way of describing their work sounds like you. Read their profile, see what they say they help with, and contact them directly: many offer a short first conversation. If it is not the right fit, tell them, or write to us and we will help you find someone else.

Not sure who is right for you?

Take the four-minute reflection, or ask a real person to help you choose.
