Ayurveda, nutrition and everyday habits: traditional ways of looking after the whole of you, explored with care. They sit alongside your doctor, not instead of them.
Holistic approaches complement medical care. They are not a replacement for it.

What brings people here
in their words
“I want to understand food and my daily rhythm.”
“I am drawn to Ayurveda.”
“I would like a gentler, more whole approach to health.”
( the first time )
How it begins
The first session
A conversation about your day, your food, your sleep and what you hope to change, so that anything suggested fits your real life.
Where, how long, how much
Most sessions are online and last 30 to 60 minutes. Each practitioner sets their own price and you pay them directly; HAWA takes no commission.
If it is not right
That is all right. Tell the practitioner, or write to us, and we will help you find someone else.
No. These approaches are a complement. For a medical concern, please see a doctor, and tell your practitioner about any treatment you are having.
Online or in person?
Most sessions are online, so you can begin from home, wherever you are. Many practitioners also meet in person or lead retreats; each profile says what they offer and where they are based.
How do I choose someone in Holistic Health?
Start with the person whose way of describing their work sounds like you. Read their profile, see what they say they help with, and contact them directly: many offer a short first conversation. If it is not the right fit, tell them, or write to us and we will help you find someone else.
( need a hand? )
Not sure who is right for you?
Take the four-minute reflection, or ask a real person to help you choose.
