Sound, reiki and other energy traditions: stillness, vibration and attention to what is hard to put into words. People come for rest, for curiosity, or to feel something settle.
Energy practices are complementary. They are not a replacement for medical care.

What brings people here
in their words
“I am curious and open-minded.”
“I want stillness more than conversation.”
“Sound and silence do something for me.”
( the first time )
How it begins
The first session
Often a short talk about what you are looking for, then you lie or sit comfortably while the practitioner works, with sound, with touch or in silence.
Where, how long, how much
Most sessions are online and last 30 to 60 minutes. Each practitioner sets their own price and you pay them directly; HAWA takes no commission.
If it is not right
That is all right. Tell the practitioner, or write to us, and we will help you find someone else.
No. Energy work sits alongside medical care, never instead of it. If you have a health concern, please see a doctor.
Online or in person?
Most sessions are online, so you can begin from home, wherever you are. Many practitioners also meet in person or lead retreats; each profile says what they offer and where they are based.
How do I choose someone in Energy?
Start with the person whose way of describing their work sounds like you. Read their profile, see what they say they help with, and contact them directly: many offer a short first conversation. If it is not the right fit, tell them, or write to us and we will help you find someone else.

Not sure who is right for you?
Take the four-minute reflection, or ask a real person to help you choose.
