Restore

Rest is not a reward — it's a practice.

6 people we trust

Breathwork, meditation and rest: for when the world has asked too much. Slow practices that settle the nervous system, learnt once and used at any hour.

What brings people here

in their words

  • “My mind will not slow down.”

  • “I am tired in a way sleep does not fix.”

  • “I would like to learn to breathe properly.”

( the first time )

How it begins

The first session
A short talk about how you are sleeping and feeling, then you practise together, usually something small enough to repeat on your own the same night.
Where, how long, how much
Most sessions are online and last 30 to 60 minutes. Each practitioner sets their own price and you pay them directly; HAWA takes no commission.
If it is not right
That is all right. Tell the practitioner, or write to us, and we will help you find someone else.

Questions about restore

Will it help me sleep?

Many people find slowing the breath and the mind in the evening helps. It is not a treatment for a sleep disorder; if sleep problems are persistent, please see a doctor as well.

Online or in person?

Most sessions are online, so you can begin from home, wherever you are. Many practitioners also meet in person or lead retreats; each profile says what they offer and where they are based.

How do I choose someone in Restore?

Start with the person whose way of describing their work sounds like you. Read their profile, see what they say they help with, and contact them directly: many offer a short first conversation. If it is not the right fit, tell them, or write to us and we will help you find someone else.
